Returns & Exchanges

At Official e-Store DaburShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DaburShop account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
